Relish a romantic Valentine’s at the Top of the Mark at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins in San Francisco with their fantastic Valentine’s Day Dinner.  Presented by Executive Chef Nenad Stefanovic, this special features a five-course plated dinner, one (1) bottle of Moet & Chandon Rose, a rose for lady guests and live entertainment from 9:00pm-12:30am.  The first course, “Teaser”, will feature Sturgeon caviar, blinis, and crème fraiche.  The next course, “Fascination”, includes Kumamoto oyster, pomegranate gremolata, avocado, and fennel.  The following course, “Prelude” includes wildflower honey, lavender, and Moet & Chandon Rose Champagne sorbet.  The main course, “Love”, will feature Maine lobster, Wagyu beef, salsify, espelette, and artichoke truffle jus.  To complete the dinner, the desserts course, “Passion”, will include Valhona chocolate, strawberry meringue, almond, and Grand Marnier.  Reservations are required.
