Overseen by InterContinental Miami Executive Chef Alexander Feher, Blue Water Restaurant is a fast-casual dining concept. The menu centers on fresh gourmet salads, handmade pizzas and its bar offering. The menu incorporates Mediterranean flavors and a hearty use of vegetables in its salads and pizzas, yet not forgotten are the seafood must haves: lobster, shrimp and ceviche.
Menu highlights include the lobster cobb salad with pork belly, romaine greens, tomatoes, cucumber, caramelized onions and ranch dressing; jumbo asparagus salad with crispy brioche, shallots, blue cheese and herb dressing; and the churrasco pizza with grilled skirt steak, caramelized onions and crimini mushrooms. The Blue Water experience isn’t complete without a tropical cocktail; offering an abundant selection of spirits to create the perfect drink.
Playing off its menu, Blue Water’s interior redo is inspired by Mediterranean influences. Its large panoramic windows allow the Florida sunshine in and, when open, the ocean breezes through the space. The Saltillo tile floors and beamed ceilings frame the gorgeous views. Its unique location, perched atop Biscayne Bay on the 5th Floor Plaza Level, offers guests a fantastic 180 degree view of Biscayne Bay. As far as the eye can see is the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of Biscayne Bay: Virginia Key, Fisher Island, Dodge Island, and Miami Beach. It is a local favorite for casual business lunches and tropical cocktails, usually sipped by the pool.
